Meet the national consultant team
Tia Dillow is a national vice president on the consultant relations team at Optum. She puts her extensive sales and client management experience to work in the evolving world of employer benefit strategy.
As their lead Optum partner, Dillow develops and manages relationships with key global consulting firms. She focuses on population health strategies driven by data analytics, proactive well-being and digital strategies, care management, financial well-being, behavioral health and more.
Through education and communication strategies and interfacing with key consultants and thought leaders, Dillow positions Optum as a leading health services provider. She also collaborates with our new business development and client management teams on client and consultant strategy.
Prior to joining Optum, Dillow was an account vice president and senior strategic account executive for UnitedHealthcare. She developed client-specific strategic planning, including financial and clinical program performance and strategy.
Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Dillow spent several years with Florida Blue in both sales and account management roles.
Anne Morton is the vice president of national consultant relations at Optum. She develops and manages key leadership relationships with national consulting and brokerage firms, serving as the primary contact for Optum.
Morton is responsible for driving strategies for growth and bringing together Optum resources. She ensures that the right leaders are invited into the conversation to help solve the biggest problems facing employer clients.
Prior to joining Optum, Morton was vice president of client services at CuraLinc Healthcare — a national behavioral health and wellness provider. She developed and implemented organizational strategies for client retention and improved efficiency in the client services department.
Morton spent several years as a senior employee benefits advisor in the Chicago market. She also led a team at Frankel & Company that developed integrated sales promotion and marketing programs.
Morton holds a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University.
